Shipping Delivery (EU Switzerland)
Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to the EU, Liechtenstein, and Switzerland. You can see if your country is currently available in the country selection during checkout.

How long does delivery take?

What does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed for your delivery country during checkout, before you complete your order.

How can I track my shipment?

When we ship your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email – including a tracking link, if available.

What if I receive a damaged package?

If the contents of the shipment are also damaged, take photos of the package and the item and contact us promptly via the support form. We will arrange a quick solution.

Can deliveries outside the EU be delayed?

For deliveries to non-EU countries, customs clearance may take additional time.

How do I order?

Add the desired product to your cart and proceed to checkout. After completion, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Can I change or cancel my order afterwards?

As long as your order has not yet been processed, changes are often possible. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Do I receive an invoice with my order?

We send an invoice by email with every order after payment has been successfully processed.

How do returns from the EU work?

Contact us with your invoice number, item number(s), product name(s), and reason for return. We will get back to you as soon as possible with the next steps.

How do returns from outside the EU work?

Contact us with your invoice number, item number(s), product name(s), and reason for return. We will get back to you as soon as possible with the next steps. Due to customs and shipping formalities, the process may be a bit more complex.

When will I get my money back?

After receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the amount via the original payment method used.

Can I return used/mounted items?

If an item has been mounted or used, a return may not always be possible depending on its condition. In any case, please contact us via our support form.

Prices, Taxes Customs
Are taxes included in the price?

The relevant taxes and final prices for your delivery country will be displayed during checkout.

Are there additional costs for deliveries outside the EU?

For deliveries outside the EU, additional costs may arise due to, for example, import VAT, customs duties, and processing fees from the shipping service provider. Whether and to what extent such fees apply depends on the shipment and the regulations in the importing country.

Who is responsible for customs duties and import fees?

If fees are incurred upon import, they are usually collected during delivery or customs clearance. Any applicable fees will be included in the checkout.

Assembly Disassembly
Is mounting material included?

As a rule, we supply mounting material if it is necessary for final assembly. Please check the respective product page for details.

Do I need tools for assembly?

If tools are required for the assembly of our products, you will find further information in the corresponding assembly instructions or product description.

Where can I find assembly instructions?

You can find all assembly instructions on our Assembly page. Additionally, instructions are often linked directly on the product page.

How can I remove the product again?

This depends on the fastening method (e.g., screws, clips, or adhesive pads). You will find instructions for disassembly in the assembly guides to ensure a clean and gentle process.

What can I do if adhesive pads don't stick?

A common cause is an insufficiently degreased surface. Clean the area thoroughly and assemble according to the instructions. If needed, you can find mounting material in our online shop in the spare parts category.

Fit Compatibility
Where can I see if a product fits my vehicle?

Information on compatibility can be found on the respective product page, usually by model and generation. Please check this information before purchasing.

What should I do if something doesn't fit?

Please contact us with your order number and 1–2 photos of the installation situation. We will review your request and find a solution (e.g., exchange or assembly tips).

Material 3D Printing
How are the 3D prints made?

Our 3D-printed products are manufactured using the FDM process. Plastic is heated and built up layer by layer, which enables stable and precisely fitting components.

Why are fine lines visible on the surface?

In FDM 3D printing, each component is built up from individual layers. We pay attention to high surface quality. Visible structures are normal and do not constitute a product defect.

What materials do you use?

We print with ASA or PETG, depending on the application. Both materials are proven and selected to suit the specific use.

Are the products UV-stable?

Yes, all our prints are UV-stable – regardless of whether ASA or PETG is used.

What is the difference between ASA and PETG?

ASA is more temperature-stable and particularly suitable when higher temperature requirements exist. PETG is robust, versatile, and very well suited for many everyday applications.

Care Use
What is the best way to clean the products?

Use a soft microfiber cloth. If necessary, lukewarm water with mild dish soap is sufficient. Use isopropanol to degrease surfaces.

Which cleaners should I avoid?

Avoid aggressive cleaners, abrasive cleaners, and solvents, such as acetone, as well as abrasive sponges, as these can damage or scratch the surface.

Are 3D printed parts suitable for sun and everyday use?

Yes, our prints are UV-stable and made for everyday use. As with many plastic parts, you should avoid unnecessarily strong heat exposure, e.g., hot air directly on the component.

Complaints Support
What do I do if something is defective or missing?

Contact us with your invoice number, item number, quantity, and a brief description. Photos help us quickly assess the problem and find a solution.

What information do you need from me?

Invoice number, item number, product name, quantity, problem description, and 1–2 photos (e.g., installation situation or damaged part). This usually allows us to help directly.

Spare Parts
Can I reorder mounting material?

Yes, you can reorder mounting material such as screws or adhesive pads at any time. This ensures your product remains usable even after disassembly or modification.

How do I find the right spare part?

Use the appropriate spare parts category in the shop. If you are unsure, send us a photo and your invoice number via the support form – we will tell you exactly what you need.

StealthMount
Do I also need the StealthMount carriers for the rear license plate?

You only need the StealthMount system for the front license plate.

Which license plate holders are compatible with the StealthMount system?

Compatible license plate holders can be found on the respective product page in the shop under "Compatible License Plate Holders".
