The Kukumba StealthMount Y Legacy is an ultra-flat license plate bracket / license plate holder adapter for the front of your Tesla Model Y Legacy (up to 02/2025). It replaces the original license plate bracket and creates a clean, contour-fitted base for mounting frameless third-party license plate holders – using either screw or velcro mounting.
How the StealthMount System Works
Option 1: Screw Mounting
Frameless license plate holders are screwed to the StealthMount bracket.
Option 2: Velcro Mounting
The license plate is attached to the StealthMount bracket with velcro pads.

General Safety Instructions
- Only install on a stationary, secured vehicle.
- Use product only as intended as a license plate bracket.
- After installation, verify that the license plate is securely mounted and cannot come loose.
- Ensure that license plate/bracket does not cover or touch any sensors, air intakes, or components.
Velcro Option Instructions
- Clean and degrease surfaces before applying.
- Press velcro pads according to manufacturer's instructions and observe time until maximum adhesive strength is reached; avoid car washes during this time.
- Adhesive performance may be reduced in cold temperatures. Warm adhesive surfaces if necessary.
Care Instructions
- Do not use aggressive cleaners/solvents, e.g. acetone.
- Do not aim pressure washers directly at mounting points from close range.
