Your satisfaction matters to us. That’s why the following applies: You can cancel or exchange goods ordered from us within 14 days of delivery without any hassle. It’s enough if you send the items back to us within this period.
How does an exchange/return work?
- Register an exchange/return via our support form.
- You’ll receive return instructions from us.
- Pack the item(s) securely and send them back.
- Once we receive the goods, we’ll quickly check their condition and initiate the refund or exchange.
What condition do the item(s) need to be in?
- Please return items in full, incl. if applicable, mounting hardware and all accessories.
- The item(s) should be unused and undamaged.
- If an item has already been installed/used, depending on its condition this may affect the return process (e.g., reduced value or no refund).
When and how will I receive my refund in the event of a return?
- Refunds are usually issued to the original payment method.
- After the return has been received and inspected, the refund will be initiated. The actual time until the credit appears then depends on the payment provider.
