Is a product guaranteed to fit every vehicle of the same model series?

Our products are designed for the specified models/model years. Since vehicles and trim parts have manufacturing tolerances, small deviations may occur in rare cases. Please check the compatibility information on the product page – and if you are unsure, contact us briefly beforehand via the contact form.

What do I do if a part doesn't fit?

Please contact us with your order details and 1–2 photos of the installation situation via our support form. This way, we can quickly check the cause and offer you a suitable solution.

Why are fine lines sometimes visible on the surface?

Our parts are manufactured using FDM 3D printing and are built up layer by layer. Fine lines (layer lines) may be visible depending on the light and are typical for this process. We ensure high surface quality and check the parts before shipping.

Which materials do you use and what is the difference?

We print with ASA or PETG depending on the application. Both materials are UV-stable. ASA is generally more temperature-stable than PETG and is used when higher temperature requirements exist.

How do I clean the products correctly?

Preferably with a soft microfiber cloth. If necessary, use lukewarm water with mild dish soap and then wipe dry. Avoid aggressive cleaners/solvents and abrasive sponges to protect the surface.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on the product and workload, as many parts are manufactured using 3D printing. The estimated delivery time will be shown in the shop or at checkout.

Do you deliver to Switzerland and can there be additional costs?

Yes, we deliver to Switzerland. For shipments to Switzerland, customs clearance may take additional time. In addition, import duties (e.g., import tax/VAT and possibly shipping service provider fees) may apply.
